      Although I have only been with Integris this year, it was the culture and values of those that I interviewed with that pushed me to make a change. I was with my previous company for over 10 years and although I loved it there, I am even happier here!

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
