      The HR department is tumultuous. Poor leaders who do not respect employees. Most of the HR department left due to lack of leadership.

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
