Now there is a smaller corporate staff that cant possibly get their work done with effectiveness and have a fear for losing their job if you have ideas of your own. 'Love, Learn and Lead' used to be the mantra for the employees, but now the mantra should be 'keep your head down, bide your time and look for a new job.'
