Upper management will do anything to save a dime, including instructing managers to downgrade reviews to where everyone averages exactly in the middle. So for someone to get a decent review, someone else has to get a bad one. They also have a round of lay offs about every 2 years or so. Recently they announced 200 employees, 240 positions were being eliminated. What they didnt announce is multiple ENTIRE departments are being outsourced to companies that their CEO has been working with on the side for many years. Do not trust upper management.
