Thank you for your comments! Sometimes opportunities are not in title and moving up, but instead, in broadening skills, experience and specializing. Ask HR about the mentorship program!

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
