Vantaggi

Working for INTEGRIS offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. With a wide variety of departments and areas to explore, you can find the role that aligns with your goals, passions, and career aspirations. Work-life balance can vary depending on your position. While the company culture has room for improvement, recent leadership changes are focusing on realigning with INTEGRIS’ mission, vision, and values, paving the way for a more positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Svantaggi

The cons of working at INTEGRIS are similar to those found in any large organization, based on my experience. Currently, INTEGRIS is focused on expanding care and increasing patient access. However, rapid growth has brought challenges, such as limited time for piloting and refining processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. I believe equal energy and effort should be dedicated to process improvement and supporting existing clinics and roles. Without this balance, no part of the organization will fully thrive or achieve its potential as a highly sought-after healthcare organization.

Vantaggi

My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

Svantaggi

Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
