Base salary never goes away and commission plan is aggressive and allows for potential high dollar output

Svantaggi

no benefits for part time work. Can work up, but must prove yourself first. Only allow part time hours to start with. Must work for the company for 90 days before moving up.

Not everyone would consider this a con, but it is an office job. Most of your time is spent behind a computer sitting down. Besides that everything is great!

The senior management is fantastic, they really care about their employees. They focus on promoting from within and there are endless possibilities to grow within the company. The team is made up of fun, lively people, great atmosphere to work in. Intensive training to begin and then weekly training throughout employment.

When I first started there was a high turn over rate, but they have taken a lot of steps to help with that and the turn over rate has decreased immensely.

This is valuable information. Just to put it out there, we have 2 tracks available to every agent, they can choose the "specialist" track, or the "management" track. Both are designed to increase the base pay as well as the commission structure that is in place.
