12yIOS is an excellent place to work that is 100% dedicated to their employees. IOS does not hire hourly employees and certainly does not mandate that their employees work weekends. IOS has been rated by several independent organizations as one of the top places of employment for healthcare IT professionals. Unfortunately, this review was written by a former employee who had misrepresented their prior job qualifications in attempts to garner domestic work experience. This former employee was a consistent under performer who was unable to deliver basic tasks required of the position and was not successful during their tenure at IOS. Further, this employee is completely misinformed on how the American employment system operates. Their job was classified as a Professional Employee position, as defined and stated in SECTION 13(a)(1) and 13(a)(17) of the FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT and specifically outlined within SECTION 2 of their signed Employment Agreement in reference to their duties and responsibilities.
