Be careful of practicing your rights or freedom of speech - Toxic culture among top management: Full of politics, predatory, complacent and no accountability. "My word is the rule" kind of thing. That's why your company is in deep trouble now. Forced to work during weekends and holidays with zero fair compensation or pay. - Short-sighted management: All talk and no action. Implement new useless and hypocritical policies as they please. - Misdirected anger: I was part of the old batch and now that the news of restructuring blew up, it's time I share.
