CEO was great to work for. Great group of co-workers.

Management allowed the janitor to harass co-workers. He would take food out the garbage pails in offices and put it on co-workers desks, unplug equipment so it wouldn't work. He was allowed to write co-workers intimidating, harassing e-mails, he would pick up paper clips, scraps of papers and other things off the floor instead of throwing it out and put it on co-workers desks and chairs. There are a few examples of many things that was allowed to go on.

Great ethics. Do what you say and not problem

Company went bankrupt and was purchased by another company. The most vocal dissenter decided to stay on board which is a bad move. It would have been a good move to have more of the upper management removed. The contract for service are priced to high mainly because of the overhead to support the company, which caused some problems. The days of when the company was the premier service provider was circumvented by other agencies that dissected the model developed by IPC and then used it against them with lower pricing. IPC felt that their services were better, which they were when a comparison was done, however the vast majority of the clients were moved by financial costs verse value.
