CEO has some good design ideas. Customers like the IPEVO brand (not sure about now). Good work-life balance because mostly everyone leaves on time.

COO was responsible for the poor office environment. Promotions are based on flattery. This company is selling defective cameras to teachers instead of doing a recall. Ultimately this is a traditional Taiwanese family company. Nepotism plays a factor sometimes.
