A portfolio of products that support the ambition of the UK board. Opportunity to progress and move to different departments within Ipsen. Good salary , Car scheme and other incentives. New digital tools slowly being rolled out and much better HR systems now in place. The Bath Road site is good, flexible working and relaxed environment.

      Very busy and lots still to do. Need to have an agile mindset and happy with a degree of ambiguity. Pipeline is healthy but not sure what’s coming next.

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
