Ipsen is a strategic company focused on productivity not simply activity. My team is incredibly supportive and truly celebrates everyone's individual successes. The training is the best I have ever had. Its structured, comprehensive and understands we are adults with years of experience.

The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.
The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
