      Very transparent, answering my questions with reality even if it was not the most peachy Really friendly, during the interview and also I had a nice welcoming and onboarding. A lot of growing opportunities if you do your job well and get involved in activities outside of your daily tasks.

      Not so well structured, missing some of the processes big companies have, but working on improvements. Just started implementing all sorts of application and automation that will ease some of the workload, quite behind if compared with other pharma companies

      The recruiter that I worked with was wonderful and very in tuned with my career goals and the type of team I wanted to be a part of. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was transparent on which roles he felt would be a good match based on the leadership, team, and career aspirations.

      The worst experience in my 15 plus career in pharma. The managers are horrible, they work you to death and show zero appreciation. I was so thankful I was a temp, as I would never have wanted to be a full time after what I experienced. It's basically a hot mess of bullying by managers and the Sr. Director's have poor SVPs they report into so it makes sense they management style is horrid.
