      I’ve worked with IQ Formulations for several years. The CEO leads by example, and he and the staff are all very enthusiastic about the company and products, creating an exciting buzz to the office. Everyone is committed to doing things the right way – no shortcuts, which is a great breath of fresh air in the industry. Many of the employees have been around since the beginning, and it’s a very team-centric environment.

      Be aware that health and safety regulations are very strict because the company is serious about the quality of its products. And if you're not into health and fitness, you might not “get it” at IQ Formulations.

      I have been working at IQ Formulations for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. From top to bottom all of my coworkers are friendly and willing to lend a hand if needed. I was welcomed in immediately and it felt like family right away. If a question comes up there is always someone with an answer or advice on a solution. There is constant evolution within the company and brand allowing room for growth and the owner is very easy to speak to and his door is always open.
