Work was repetitive and at times stressful due to the high workload of tasks.

The people, you become a close knit family which helps work go smooth. Everyone is willing to help each other. You get an understanding employer and mentor. Who you can laugh with and talk to. The team in general is what most people stay for. Compensation for transportation is a plus! Christmas party plus bonuses !

Sometimes you are promised a bonus for a big project and you don’t get it. Which happened to another one of my coworkers as well as me. No opportunities for advancement in this field in general. The work is stressful and draining for actually a pretty low pay and not much recognition.
