Not required to sign a contract committing oneself to a specific length of employment. (You can quit as easily as they can terminate the contract, and management knows it.) Health insurance, Health Enhancement pay, meaning if you pay X amount for gym membership, submit paperwork, and they will pay you an additional X for your gym membership. I'm about to look into a yoga class.

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
