At IRIS, we have created a range of learning opportunities through initiatives such as product learning tools, skills assessments and our Elevate personal growth pathway. These resources were designed to support employees in developing their technical skills and progressing throughout their career. Our UK Working Abroad Policy enables employees to work in approved countries for up to 2 weeks a year. Working abroad is governed by complex legal and tax restrictions outside of our control, but we review the policy annually to reflect the latest guidance and give flexibility where we can.
