We’ve been delighted to find Mental Health First Aider certification for employees across IRIS so they can feel confident to support colleagues if they are struggling, alongside company-funded private healthcare, our Employee Assistance Programme and Workplace Support Group who meet weekly to discuss a range of wellbeing related topics such as loneliness, stress and helping others during the pandemic. We were delighted to receive Great Place to Work Certification in reflection of the trust, care and respect our employees receive. We are an acquisitive company and we’ve been delighted to welcome you into the IRIS family. We work hard on our communication strategy, including holding monthly site updates, our Your IRIS newsletter, excellent intranet site, Teams channels and Elona’s weekly CEO emails.
