We do our upmost to communicate our plans and priorities and ask our staff for their input and feedback to organise our workloads effectively. We run a monthly Peakon survey which allows employees to provide immediate, real-time feedback to managers and leaders on the tasks they are working on and any suggestions. We also provide training modules on ‘How to Deal with Pressure, Stress & Pressurised workloads’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Mental Wellbeing & Resilience’, as well as build and promote a range of IT tools to help our teams manage their workload.
