In the last 12 months, we are delighted to have trained over 68 manager and leaders through our Managing and Leading with IMPACT programmes, which builds their skills and covers the day-to-day practicalities of management through workshops on giving feedback, emotional intelligence, coaching, effective management, and goal setting.
