We’re delighted to share that looking at our last four largest acquisitions, their eNPS score on Peakon has increased since joining us by at least +15 and up to +47 eNPS. We’re super proud to run Peakon surveys, and the results of these are monitored by the executive team, senior leaders, HR and managers across IRIS family. Managers are able to respond to comments directly and we’re thrilled that managers have left more than 20,000 responses to Peakon comments in the last 12 months.
