Good benefits, a lot of liberty when building your classes, friendly and positive work environment. The students are overall very friendly and they're nice to see progress through classes. Overall much more positive than anything!

No access to bonus. As it is a private school, students sometimes act very entitled, which may deter some people's experience. I see it as a challenge and try to understand where they come from to better help them.
