9yThank you for giving your time to give us feedback. We are working hard in the UK to improve our employee experience, for example we are driving our permanent recruitment now instead of relying on contractors so heavily. I am not sure what happened in your circumstance in relation to your salary increase but I do know that every year there is always a salary review. The only time we would not give someone an increase would be if they were a poor performer or if they were already paid above our salary guides which are market data driven and regularly reviewed. We know that our promotion process needs to be more dynamic and for the past two years have had a structured process in place for managers to put forward their nominations and they can also do this on a case by case basis if the demand is there.
We have our Simple, Personal and Fair behaviours that we are encouraging everyone to live by and there are many avenues for people to speak out if they think they are being treated unfairly.
