I was warned against Isdin prior to joining the company. I thought it couldn't be as bad as I had been told. Oh wow, I was so wrong! Isdin's atmosphere reminded me to that of Stalin's worst USSR. Remember those scenes described where nobody dared to be the first one to stop clapping when giving a ovation to the dictator? Well, you can find that same kind of situation at Isdin. Isdin presents itself as a modern company, please do not fall for it like I did, they are just another extremely hierarchical and unorganized Spanish company.
