I really value the ability to work from home. As a person with a disability I have found this company to be the most accepting and accommodating workplace I have ever worked for. They are constantly open to feedback from employees and are transparent in where they stand with regards to it. The company has faced some turbulent times, but is constantly working in the right direction. The current CEO is doing what is required to ensure this happens and has maintained my trust in his ability to do so. The biggest positive of working here by far is the people you work with. The company is full of talented individuals who are genuinely a joy to work with. They have been a big motivation for me in growing my career.

Because the people who work here are so deserving, I do think they deserve more recognition. There are things in place to do so and this is something the company is currently working on and is transparent about, but it is worth noting. There could also be better communication across teams, but this is something again that is being worked on and I feel optimistic about due to managements transparency

There is a clear lack of direction and alignment across the business, with strategy often feeling undefined or inconsistently communicated. This leads to significant confusion across teams and creates an environment where expectations are set without the necessary structure, tools, or support to achieve them. Communication is fragmented and, in some instances, effectively non-existent, contributing to a noticeable disconnect between leadership and frontline teams. Decision-making often feels reactive rather than strategic, which adds to the overall instability of the organisation. There are also clear signs of high turnover and low morale, alongside concerns around transparency and how certain decisions are handled, particularly towards the end of employment. Onboarding is minimal, and there is no clearly defined or cohesive culture to support employees in performing at their best. Instead, the environment can feel characterised by a lack of trust. Overall, this creates a high-pressure setting without the foundations required for sustainable performance or long-term growth. Prospective employees should take time to carefully assess whether this aligns with what they are looking for before joining.
