Unprofessional management - Recensione dipendente - Events Coordinator presso ISPE

Pay is below average, benefits are the bare minimum. There was zero training since day one, the manager was sour and unprofessional. After a brief period at the company, I was let go without explanation. The manager had a 2-minute call saying it was a hard decision but had to let me go and HR was going to explain the offboarding process. No respect, no feedback, just got cutoff and blocked out in the following hour after the call. Terrible experience!
