Horrible management The higher up's only look out for themselves AWFUL benefits no sick pay or paid holidays - ever. You do not get to be a part of the team when it comes to your location, meaning you do not get to participate in their outings, potlucks, happy hours, holiday parties...etc. Not so great pay No incentives I literally got in trouble for calling in sick to work because of my chronic illness The management lies and just tries to cover their own butts so they look good in front of the client they do not care about their employees

If a major contract ends or a client’s needs shift, there is a certain degree of uncertainty. This reliance isn’t uncommon in our industry, but it does highlight the importance of building strong client relationships to provide more consistent long‑term stability.
