I enjoyed the location I was at the company has potential to be great. I enjoyed my site managers and the teamwork at that particular site. It was a fairly easy position would recommend to someone younger who is starting fresh in the work industry. But in all honesty you can do much better. At this point it is fairly hard to say too many pros as I do not wanna be held responsible for leading someone astray. I would like to be brutally honest as to save others time and energy.

Where to begin. Well I was there for 5+ years I started out making 10/hr and my last day which was in Oct 2021 I was let get because I didn't get the Covid Vaxx within a 3 day period which I had been working through the entire pandemic faithfully without one. We weren't even allowed to uses our vacation time. Nor were we accumulating any that year at all because they don't carry over nor can you go over a certain amount. Very shady business practices. But guess what my ending pay was a whopping $13.75/hr. I had ample amount of experience I went above and beyond worked extra time was willing to work weekends when needed and all that to end up being let go over a ridiculous policy. I never saw the email and no one was straight forward in the reason I was let got. I found it distasteful that my site manager didn't have my back and he was very bias in the manner because he wanted me to get the vaxx as well so he kinda just let it play out. I wish he at least use his creative mind to come up with a solution as I have seen him do a million times when it came to the clients. I was just a yes person availble to the extra work when needed. I was never truly valued by my site manager nor the company. They do not live up to their slogan. It is NOT a company with PASSION or COMPASSION. I just wish they didn't give empty promises and paid for employees that actually worked hard. I was over looked several times for a promotion for what reason idk. I just wish I knew my worth and moved on faster. Don't expect much growth here just do the job and collect a pay check. Do exactly what you are paid to do nothing more or less going above and beyond here will get you no where unfourtnatley. I went as far as to let my manager use my vacation time for as his. Being a loyal dedicated hard worker will not get you far with this company.

While my overall experience at the company has been positive, there is one notable challenge that could possibly affect long‑term stability: the dependence on client contracts. If a major contract ends or a client’s needs shift, there is a certain degree of uncertainty. This reliance isn’t uncommon in our industry, but it does highlight the importance of building strong client relationships to provide more consistent long‑term stability.
