Management and owner really cares about the employees. Kitchen and break room is the biggest and nicest room in the office. There is an outside cabana if you want to eat or relax outside. Company provides free Keurig coffee, great organic selections of tees, fruits and snacks throughout the week, on Monday - free bagels and on Friday- free catered lunches. There are many reverse osmosis water filters throughout the building. Management's and the owner's philosophy is that since everyone who works here, spends most of their day at the office it is important to make everything as nice and comfortable so everyone would be happy and would enjoy their time at the office. Owner provides company’s retreats to Palm Springs and Las Vegas. Overall there are a lot of growth opportunities if you are go-getter and it is great work atmosphere. The management will work with your school schedule if you are attending a school as well as. You feel here like you are part of the family, rather than just a corporate employee.
