      Intimidations by managers and higher ups, "do what you're told" attitude without any basis for it. Really bad situation with getting new clients and keeping existing ones. My way or the high way attitude from general manager. By other factors, pure example of mobing.

There are chances to work on different projects and in different industries, which makes the work interesting. It is a good place to learn and grow.

      It’s dynamic place to work, as service oriented companies are. So if you prefer more laid back environment this might not be for you.
