Starting from the salary issues no salary on time then there is a group of sales girls who the HRs are told to address them as mam and if you didn't say then they fire you. The only strategy is to hire new candidates and then take work from them for free in 2 months in the name of unpaid training then they fire you and again they take new employees. Lots of office politics happening there. Donot join this company i swear. You will be demotivated and they will exploit you like anything
