      Main challenge is to adjust with the shifting duty, otherwise no major challenge. Always necessary to follow the safety rules and regulations.

      Quiet, independent work, 680 accessibility

      No comraderie allowed. Smelly, but friendly dog roams office freely. Moldy, old building. False certification audits. Out of compliance equipmemt. No casual conversations allowed, "thats what breaks and lunches are for. You may not speak with coworkers.", as told by owner Michael himself during a staff meeting. Very low pay. Train yourself. Severe micro managing. Refuses to pay overtime, even if worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a week. Makes employees pay him back. Turnover rate is extremely high.
