I came here from a company with little to no work life balance, and toxic culture. This has been a breath of fresh air, with a boss who listens and takes his employees input seriously.

There are some fairly strong personalities, but we keep it respectful. In addition, there are renovations in the works, which will definitely be a pro once completed, but for now it's a little dusty.

Quiet, independent work, 680 accessibility

No comraderie allowed. Smelly, but friendly dog roams office freely. Moldy, old building. False certification audits. Out of compliance equipmemt. No casual conversations allowed, "thats what breaks and lunches are for. You may not speak with coworkers.", as told by owner Michael himself during a staff meeting. Very low pay. Train yourself. Severe micro managing. Refuses to pay overtime, even if worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a week. Makes employees pay him back. Turnover rate is extremely high.
