Vantaggi

ITCON promotes employee career development and achievements. They provide several incentives for employees to continue education and believes in promoting from within. They also believe in employee work life balance. The employee benefit package is great including short term disability and life insurance. Employee ideas are heard and taken into consideration. It's an atmosphere of inclusion and involvement from employees of all levels. I also love the diversity among the work force. We are all a melting pot of talents and a drive to succeed.

Svantaggi

This is a fast paced environment and you have to have the desire to succeed. You have to be self motivated and put your skills to great use.

Vantaggi

Decent training, loved my supervisor, fair pay rate, no micromanagement

Svantaggi

I honestly don't have any complaints other than that we don't have much control on if we are out of work or not but that is not their fault, it's the way the contract works.

Vantaggi

Met some good co-workers, it would be a good place to work if management did a better job of empowering employees and creating a less toxic environment.

Svantaggi

This company fosters a highly toxic work environment. Management frequently provides unclear direction, yet employees are held responsible when results do not align with shifting expectations. Senior leadership operates with moving targets, creating instability and frustration across teams. The culture discourages accountability at the top—senior managers rarely challenge the CEO, even when they recognize mistakes, due to fear of reprisal. Women in leadership face particular challenges, with a noticeable pattern of high turnover among female managers. HR also experiences significant attrition, likely a result of constant exposure to the CEO’s behavior.
