Very fast paced and ever changing environment with lots of exposure to business development ----some people like that and some people don't. The company has some of the growing pains associated with getting bigger.

I honestly don't have any complaints other than that we don't have much control on if we are out of work or not but that is not their fault, it's the way the contract works.

Senior leadership operates with moving targets, creating instability and frustration across teams. The culture discourages accountability at the top—senior managers rarely challenge the CEO, even when they recognize mistakes, due to fear of reprisal. Women in leadership face particular challenges, with a noticeable pattern of high turnover among female managers. HR also experiences significant attrition, likely a result of constant exposure to the CEO’s behavior.
