Decent training, loved my supervisor, fair pay rate, no micromanagement

I honestly don't have any complaints other than that we don't have much control on if we are out of work or not but that is not their fault, it's the way the contract works.

Met some good co-workers, it would be a good place to work if management did a better job of empowering employees and creating a less toxic environment.

The culture discourages accountability at the top—senior managers rarely challenge the CEO, even when they recognize mistakes, due to fear of reprisal. Women in leadership face particular challenges, with a noticeable pattern of high turnover among female managers. HR also experiences significant attrition, likely a result of constant exposure to the CEO’s behavior.
