* No chance to grow * Bosses act proud and don’t listen * Too much pressure for no reason * Planning team doesn’t plan * Management is old and doesn’t change * Leaders confused always and don’t know what to do * One person has to handle many projects but gets paid less, no loyalty.. people with 15-17 years in company are not respected and there opinion is not taken if it clashes with there ego
