Terrible work place - Recensione dipendente - Toxicology Technician presso ITR Laboratories

only positive part is that you have job at least thats gives you money fro survial thats why you have to continue this job

I do not have much idea about other dapertments but have you have to sacrifice your mental health to work in this department. manager is so biased towards some people and not even ready to listen anything from out part. There is difference between good leader and manager. he never stood for his technician. (Section leader and So called supervisor) never distribute work load equally between technician. one technician is work on three batch and other technician is not doing anything just because he is protected by supervisor. too mush issues. you cant even talk with other people freely.

you have a job, if you are lucky to get hired with how many people you are competition with you will have some experience but to be honest you need a half of a decade worth of experience to make a serious career prospect improvement so you better love this line of industry

Oh boy how do I get her going. Just stress I understand most jobs have stress but this environment promotes it and lets it flourish as if you should wear it as a badge of honour and be proud of it. Stress is apart of everyday life but we should not accept it as we should be happy with it especially unnecessary stress that is caused by people at the company that I guess have nothing better to do or makes them feel better by making others feel worse. It kind of reminds me of how people in uni brag about how late they stayed up or how much time they stayed sitting down straight to finish a paper but when you take a step back they are just promoting unhealthy possibly permanent damage to themselves and they make others feel bad if they are not doing the same harm to themselves.
