It was okay. I got good training and I worked with some lovely people who were in the same area/field as me. Potential career opportunities but it's with a catch.

Didn't get paid much for the hours I was working and wasn't at all appreciated. There a zero benefits working here, Not even being able to work from home... They use Jurassic systems which have very poor security.

Know their stuff in construction, with a great Director that has that relatable human touch to connect to work colleagues Wealth of knowledge of consultants to tap into and improve

Can be long hours can be slow in making decisions to support despite meaning well
