      Position is simple. Co-workers onsite are easy to get along with.

      I was told my pay was going to be 25.00 an hr. I ended up with 24.46. No room for growth. Management tells you to fix things without actual coaching and mentoring. Lack of leadership and accountability.

      We're glad the onsite team has been a bright spot. On compensation—if there's a gap between what was communicated at hiring and what you're receiving, please connect with HR directly so we can look into it. The same goes for coaching and growth: bring it forward through HR or your leadership chain. Honesty is one of our core values, and we rely on open and honest conversations to understand when something isn't working.

      - The worst work environment I have ever worked in - Zero direction within the company - Expect 60-80 hours a week - Company preys on college graduates who are desperate for a job - Derogatory and disrespectful to lower-level employees - Upper management considers themselves untouchable - Stay away at all costs
