This company continues to evolve to meet the needs of the tech industry and is poised for big time success within cybersecurity. You can't just evolve a company overnight, and they have spent a great deal of time laying the foundation to be able to hit the ground running while also maintaining a focus on what has gotten them to this point so far. This is a company that has remade itself since I have been here, and the trajectory it is on is incredibly exciting! I cannot wait to see what becomes of it within the next couple years!

A con for some could be a pro for others. There's a lot of freedom to accomplish your goals. You have tasks to be done, business to win, relationships to develop, and if you are producing at all of these, it doesn't matter how it gets done. Results are the most important factor here. With that said, if someone likes to be given a step-by-step process of how to accomplish everything, they may struggle. Creativity and critical thinking are extremely important here in such a dynamic environment.
