Thank you for the review. We work together as a team, and despite having a fully-remote workforce we collaborate and ensure a steady diet of done. As of January 2022 we've deployed our Career Paths, an initiative to create clarity on specific roles and the potential growth to team members in those roles. The direct reports and the Global Talent team help guide those team members and support them through every step in these paths.
