They try to make sure you have whatever you need to be able to deliver your work.

Not great if you're experienced

The employees are nice and trying to be helpful.

They might be way over their had because they do not have time to help you fully. They need more employees to take care of things. You need patience to finish the whole training. It would be way better if they tailor the training per person.
