I don't think there would be enough space to list all the cons. If you need a job and want no type of life....this job is perfect for you. The management staff has no idea how to run a $50 million dollar company because all they see in you is dollar signs. It doesn't matter how bad or good you are ---- you'll get the same treatment as someone who is late and can't even properly perform their job. Raises are a joke-PTO is a joke and good luck having them work around your schedule even if you need 1 particular day off. If your applying for the lab assistant position be prepared to work your butt off for not even $12/hr...OHhh and remember at any moment you could kill a patient if you make a mistake. The amount of work and responsibility in that position should easily pay $15 but you'll have to wait about 15 years to make anything even close to that.
