There aren't any cons. Everything is really good. I have no complaints.

Great team, when allowed to work within my zone I was able to excel.

Poor executive management. Refusal of leadership to communicate, or to listen to worker concerns and feedback. Revolving door of expectations, avoidance of leqders regarding criticisms.
