To start off training is going to be a month if you are not hip to server training and making it a speedy process it’s basically is self taught training experience but you’re being used as an SA the entire time to make their payroll cheaper. The second red flag was the alarming Manager turnover rate I get that server and bartender turnover rate is expected but the manager turnover rate was literally ridiculous. Third is when you finally do finish training expect to have a small section micromanaged when you asked how to get to a bigger section. Not to mention they have their certain servers they allowed to have large parties consistently there’s a lot of favoritism and it’s just not worth putting the time in. Fourth is the pay they pay 2.13 an hour but do not pay you out every night so expect for your taxes to be ridiculously high when you get them taken out your checks as well as 4.5 tip out rate not to mention you have to pay for the credit card processing fee it’s just giving very cheap and greedy as a company. so imagine making …1000 you will only see 650. They do not believe in cutting until they get to closing time which is another example of greedy they also see after the restaurant is closed operation wise which is another example of greedy I just want to be very thorough about my review so that anybody who has been promised something at an interview doesn’t fall for it like I did because I literally would’ve just kept looking for another job
