The organization is rather small so not much upward mobility, however, if their is a position and you have the skillset, you can move.

Managers sent from Japan on Visa with highest authority and they have no English Proficiency or the necessary competency to be a US Manager. These people are very Rude and they Harass for no reason. HR does nothing to stop them and they accuse you of having Communication barriers when its them. The IT department is horrible at their jobs and they are spread out between 4 continents. I have experience harassment from IT also.
