You wear too many hats. I am responsible for things that are far out of my scope and there are not enough employees so if anyone gets sick everything falls apart because no one else knows how to do their job. When everything falls apart, the boss gets very upset and yells

The company continues to grow and add more opportunities. The pay is good and the benefits are great - full healthcare, 401K, PTO, etc. The technology created helps the company deliver value to customers and happy customers means happy management and staff. There is an established process founded with Lean principals to allow the company to continually be more efficient.

The CEO is very unprofessional and disrespectful. He yells and belittles people in front of the group and always makes a point to call someone out on their physical appearance (hairstyle and skin color), which has been more often now that we've been working remotely due to COVID-19. The company also underpays employees and promises raises or payouts but they never follow through; but the CEO's "favorite" employees are given bonuses under the table. Communication is also terrible and things change with our positions without our knowledge until we inquire. A lot of tasks and responsibilities that belong to other positions are piled on your plate without the added compensation. Managers argue with each other in front of the team and are never on the same page when it comes to processes or people management.
