The pay is good and the benefits are great - full healthcare, 401K, PTO, etc. The technology created helps the company deliver value to customers and happy customers means happy management and staff. There is an established process founded with Lean principals to allow the company to continually be more efficient.

      You wear too many hats. I am responsible for things that are far out of my scope and there are not enough employees so if anyone gets sick everything falls apart because no one else knows how to do their job. When everything falls apart, the boss gets very upset and yells
